Sunday September 14th
2014  Top Band Multi-Tx  DF
Location Furze Hill, Manningtree.    Start 13:30  Final transmission 16:00
Philip G0NXH was our host for the day setting out Maxi, 4 Minis and 5 Micros Txs.
 |

 |

Mistley Heath had plenty of scope for running and the map provided had us checking our trainers. However,
Philip the 'Ever-kind' had hidden all 10 Txs in a tiny area -see
the yellow box. The red arrow marks the start location. |

All ten competitors are smiling now but evil jokers and bendy radio signals would soon have them in Multi-Confusion.
  |

 OK, Philip
had been kind on the distances involved but the strong local broadcast
signals were a challenge for sense circuits, ears and brains. |

  |
Excuse me Miss, is this what you are looking for? |

Richard is sure it's here somewhere ....
 |
........  but triffids can play tricks on your eyes. |

Never act or DF with ..... |
  |

Bob is 'going for it'. |

Some old F.. thinks he's found all ten as he approaches F for the second
time, G what a mistake! Spec Savers (note new glasses) you owe him a refund. |

Colin is not having a good day either ....... |

.... unlike some; that pocket must be getting quite full. |

   Steve has
found all ten ... |

.....    but he is not the only
one. |

Tea was at the Wooden Fender, Ardleigh. |

Very well done to Tim - first person to have two Multi-Stars
in one year.    Twinkle twinkle ....... |

It's sometime since Gary was a twinkle in Twinkle Twinkle's eye ...
there's a Multi-Song song in here somewhere ......... if only I could
think of the next line. |

Alex - a real star,  look out Dad! |
Philip brought the day to a close by bursting into the
Multi-Song,  if you want to join in the words are here. |

Many thanks to those who travelled long distances to support us and
to Philip for providing loads of fun and confusion in a very small
area.            Next Multi-Event Sunday Nov 9th.    Noticeboard    |
