The start was on the sea wall at Mistley and the initial bearings went Northish.

The majority of teams went for TX B first. Phil was on the edge of Alton Water  at Tattingstone. NGR 143367 3.75 miles from the start.  Access was complicated by lots of new building and roads to the North and much fun was had by several teams who failed to find the quick way in. There was even a sewarage works that one could visit along the way to the cosy little tent that housed young Raymond and Phil on the edge of the lake.

TX A, Frank was in a boggy area in a wood near a disused railway line close to Little Wenham. NGR 076395   5 miles from the start.  Again there was plenty of entertainment to be had. Frank had managed to find a hard bit to sit on, the only bit in a considerable area!

Good event with plenty of miles covered but very few of them in the car. Thanks to Caroline and Phil once again for their hospitality.
